Ohh..so elections are nearing!!Read about candidates filing affidavits,orders to spend less during campaigning and many such other rules set by election commission for elections.Every-time during elections we hear such rules being made...but do we see some change? yes we do see the changes!condition getting more worse is a change right?Nobody is to blamed but the citizens who don't use their rights properly...but we all know this..so? GET OUT OF YOUR HOUSE  AND VOTE!It is better to fight out a problem rather than believing it cant be solved!
